  1. The internal layouts and saleable area of residential buildings of the development shown in the above layout plan are suitable for:
    12/F – 21/F of Tower 1, 10/F – 21/F of Tower 2, 10/F – 20/F of Tower 3, 11/F – 23/F of Tower 5, 12/F – 23/F of Tower 6, 10/F – 23/F of Tower 7, 12/F- 22/F of Tower 8, 5/F – 21/F of Tower 9 and 12/F – 21/F of Tower 10.
    Please refer to the sales brochure for the information of saleable area of each residential property of the development. The saleable area is calculated in accordance with section 8 of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap.621).
  2. The layout plan represents an artist's impression and is for reference only. The layout plan is a computer processed image and the scale of the objects may be altered. All plans are subject to final approval of the relevant governmental departments. The colour, fittings, finishes, appliances, trees, plant, landscaping, facilities, furniture, decorative items, lighting features and objects etc. shown in the layout plan may not necessarily appear in the Development or its vicinity. The layout plan is not for showing any surrounding environment, buildings and facilities of the Development (some surrounding environment, buildings and facilities of the Development are omitted). The vendor advises prospective purchasers to conduct an on-site visit for a better understanding of the development site, its surrounding environment and the public facilities nearby. The layout plan shall not constitute or be construed as constituting any offer, promise, representation or warranty, whether express or implied.
  3. 4/F, 13/F, 14/F and 24/F are omitted in each tower and the residential floor in Towers 7, 8, 9 and 10 is starting at 2/F.
  4. The opening hours and the use of the clubhouse and different recreational facilities are subject to the relevant laws, the land grant, the provisions of the deed of mutual covenant and the actual condition. The names of the clubhouse and facilities depicted in this advertisement/promotional material may be different from their actual names when the clubhouse and facilities are available for use. The vendor reserves the rights to make changes to the clubhouse facilities and the partition, design, layout and use thereof. Fees may be charged for the use of the clubhouse and different recreational facilities. The clubhouse plan is for reference only and is subject to the final approval of the relevant governmental departments. Clubhouse facilities may not be immediately available for use upon the delivery of vacant possession of the units.
  5. The vendor reserves the right to make alterations to the building plans.
